1:1 Personal Training
Personal Training at ProBalance assists you in getting into the best shape
possible. Client training is based on more than eight years experience with
proven results. The old saying that “You don’t have to be a celebrity to have
personal training,” is now truer than ever before. Clients that come to
ProBalance range from stay home mums to executives, and are looking to improve
their physiques, improve sporting performance, loose body fat, improve muscle
tone, boost energy levels, keep up with their active children and overall
improve their quality of life.
We understand that for some the mere thought of starting regular workouts can
be a daunting prospect. That’s why at ProBalance we do our very best in
creating a relaxed, non-threatening, friendly environment backed up with a
caring professional service.
Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art functional equipment manufactured
by LifeFitness™. The facility is geared for the way we live today, no crowds,
nor loads of machines. We are fully air-conditioned with a superb sound system,
private bathroom facilities and complimentary towels and water.
Getting Started
1. ProBalance Initial Assessment
A comprehensive evaluation is the starting point for all corrective exercise
and conditioning programs. This focuses on the specific needs of the individual.
The trainers at ProBalance will evaluate the following areas to accumulate the
information necessary to design your individual, highly specific program designed
with your goals in mind:
- Advanced Health Check
- Body Composition Measurement

Due to the progressive nature of our training, the performance of highly
skilled movement is effectively achieved - this means anyone at any fitness
level can achieve exceptional results!!
Postural Profiling
Posture is the position from which movement begins and ends. Ideal posture
is the state of muscular and skeletal balance which protects the supporting
structures of the body against injury or progressive deformity, irrespective
of the attitude in which these structures are working or resting. It is
during a state of ideal posture that the muscles will function most
efficiently.
If you suffer from headaches, back pain, tight muscles, muscle spasms,
sciatica, recurring injuries etc then you could be suffering from poor posture.
At ProBalance our in depth postural assessment will not leave any postural
deviation unturned.
This advanced assessment will get to the root cause and any of your symptoms
and give you the knowledge and tools necessary to correct these problems. Upon
completion of this assessment, a formal evaluation report will be available.
ProBalance will then advise you of you best form of attack.

2. Investment Schedule - “To invest in you is the best investment of all!”
A complete personal training program includes a comprehensive initial
assessment, individual customized exercise program and program instruction.
A report of evaluation findings will be available upon completion as well as
regular 'check-ups' where a report can be prepared to show you your results
and motivate you further towards your goal.
ProBalance will customize a package of personal training sessions for you to
suit your budget and availability. We offer casual session on a pay as you go
basis or for best value pick up a 'pack' of session at a reduced rate!
