Background
Kade grew up participating in all sports with a keen interest in AFL and Basketball. With all his sports and fitness commitments, and serving for four years with the RAAF specialist ground force, Kade has had to maintain a high level of fitness.
This led him to a special interest in Personal Training. Having studied through Fitness Institute Australia and C.H.E.K Institute, Kade has gained a Personal Training and Fitness Specialist qualification and a Corrective High-Performance Exercise Kinesiology Exercise Coach qualification, both highly regarded in the fitness industry. In addition to this and his military training, Kade has gained qualifications in Advanced Defense Tactics, Unarmed Combat, Body Guarding, Self Defense and in Nutrition (Metabolic Typing).
Experience
Kade spent two years in England as a free-lance personal trainer and as a Manager for leading fitness company, Fitness First. Being a manager, Kade had to look after the interest of thousands of members and many personal trainers and establish his fitness product as the highest standard around.
In this time Kade had the privilege to meet and work alongside with some of the best in the industry. Kade has had the opportunity to consult with many clients including Olympic and National Medallists. Kade has helped professional business men achieve balance in their busy lifestyle; new mums in getting back into shape after giving birth and men in building a physique they have always wanted.
After studying with the C.H.E.K Institute Kade is now able to help his clients from a corrective perspective. Kade has been able to help his clients in core stability and functional strength, create a lean, toned body and improve sporting performance.
To open a studio and be able to help people in a non-threatening, private environment has been Kade?s dream.

Background
John is a Cert. IV Personal Trainer with a huge amount of experience with training children and adolescents as well as adults. John is experienced in sport specific training as well as weight loss and circuit training and is heavily involved in the Cairns AFL scene!
John has a special interest in advanced strength and conditioning and performance training. John has also successfully prepared a large number of clients for employment specific strength and fitness tests - not having one failure among them!! Even given some short time goals!!
Experience
John has an extensive background in health and fitness covering a period of 20+ years. In this period John has been involved in the industry in a variety of ways including playing AFL in the SAFL league and working for Cairns AFL as a player development officer. John has always maintained an elite level of personal fitness and with his extensive knowledge of training techniques can easily prepare a fun and rewarding program for any individual.
