Firstly I would like to thank you for all your help. Without you I would not be the person I am today.
I first meet you on my first induction into the gym. I was so nervous I almost didn’t start. Straight away you made me feel at ease with your easy going personality. From here I became a client of yours and trained with you on a weekly basis. I really learnt a lot from your training; not only about training but also about myself.
Previous to this training I tried Weight Watchers. I did have some success with this but the results came much slower and I was constantly suffering from mood swings, depression and was embarrassed of my weight and appearance. I was terrified of my young child being bullied at school because his mum was overweight. I was at an all time low in my life.
When I started training with you I was over 14 stone. When our training came to an end I was weighed in at just over 8 stone, as you know. My whole life has changed. I am full of confidence. Once I was shy and withdrawn, I am now outgoing, fun, and energetic. I am now dating again and am planning a trip to Australia to visit you. This will be the first time I have been away from home alone and I am 28 years old.

First of all, I would like to say thank you for the excellent training programme that you put together for me. It has really made a difference to my training ethic. Not just in the way of results but also how I apply my training to what I want from it. It has made me realize the benefit from training with a personal trainer rather than just going it alone.
At 44 years of age, I take my fitness seriously, especially for my flying medical which I have to undertake on a regular basis. The personalized training schedule has helped me to greatly improve my fitness and agility on all levels.

Before I came to you I was all go, go, go. My job was very demanding both mentally and physically. I am constantly traveling long distances, crossing many times zones and countless nights in hotels across the world. This was tacking a toll on my body and I became run down and out of energy, unable to enjoy my time with my young children.
Kade you helped me to relax and helped me achieved balance in my busy lifestyle. This in turn helped me with my energy levels which enabled me to be able to have fun with my family once again.
